The links that are provided for downloading point to a folder which may contain several files. Your connections may work better downloading several smaller files rather than one large one. To accomplish this, double click on the folder presented by the link. Then you can tick the boxes to the left of each of the files, and they will download individually.
The structure of the downloads for our instruments have changed. They use the .rar split files method. . This requires that ALL of the files be in the same directory at the same time before you start installation. so if there are 4 parts, you need all 4 files xxxx.part1.rar, xxxx.part2.rar, xxxx.part3.rar and xxxx.part4.rar. Also, put them on your organ computer's hard disk, not on a flash drive. Then install by selecting the .part1.rar file, and everything will install all at once. This keeps you from having to keep track of what you've installed, and if you've installed them in the right order.
For our instruments, Crescendo is implemented using the built-in Hauptwerk crescendo. Their crescendo is a 4 memory 32 stage crescendo that is quite flexible. It is discussed in the Hauptwerk manual on page 95 and following. To implement the control on your console, right click on the menu bar, and select from the Mini control panels "Master Crescendo". If you right click on the slider, the standard assignment window will come up and you can assign your pedal to it. To program the master crescendo, see page 96 of the manual. It is copied here. The following pages in the manual discuss how to edit stages and further tips on managing the crescendos.
